Síntese - Grupo de Música Contemporânea is a creative platform with performers interacting with composers. Its repertory is anchored on the classical references of contemporary music but looks for the conquest of new worlds of sound, stimulating on composers the creation of new music, through new mixings for traditional timbres. It’s an open and modulating platform: from the solo instrument to the small and unorthodox chamber orchestra, all the possibilities are there – even the electro-acoustic one.
